On 11 April 2023, Macarena screened «42K de Perseverancia» in the training room at Clínica Los Coihues.
It was not just any institution: this is where she was hospitalised, and the clinic appears in the documentary’s own closing credits, in thanks to the people who cared for her during her stay.
The screening was meant to share the film with patients, families and staff connected to neurorehabilitation. The management team, administrative and clinical staff, patients and their families all attended.

«Macarena fue paciente de nuestra clínica, y el principal objetivo de la actividad fue compartir el material con los pacientes, familias y trabajadores que están ligados con la neurorrehabilitación. Esta actividad tuvo gran convocatoria: participaron autoridades de la plana gerencial, trabajadores administrativos y clínicos, pacientes y familias. La instancia generó un momento muy emotivo y esperanzador.»
